Colorful poster presents a message about choosing foods with less salt (sodium). The poster illustrates how to check nutrition labels. People who choose lower sodium options in their diets reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke and help lower blood pressure. These public educational materials were adapted from an original campaign produced by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. This project was made possible by funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
